INTRODUCTION
The Coding Performance Improvement
Project is a project usually done by corporations striving to
achieve business goals by reducing costs and improving overall
processor performance.
Similarly, John Abraham, CEO of Global
Computers, Inc. felt that the company could benefit tremendously by
executing the Coding Performance Improvement Project. In order to
achieve business goals, the project was carried out and it was
extremely successful in terms of cutting costs and increasing
program efficiency as well as processor performance.
The overall project has been divided
into 5 phases and each phase lists all the elements in it.
