Coding Performance Improvement Project	To improve the efficiency of several programs’ codes in order to reduce the numbers of large computers needed by the company, and hence reducing cost of computing power.	With the implementation of this project, programs will be coded more suitable for the use to the company and this can increase the efficiency of the programs. Besides, this project can also reduce the number of large computers the company needs and thus, reduce the cost for the company. This will involves medium risk in meeting time goal but it will be beneficial in the long run.	Around RM 220,000 to modify coding, and another RM 500,000 to implement the newly coded program.	1
Web Site Redesign Project	To redesign the company’s web site in order to attract new customers meet customers’ changing needs and requirements.	With the implementation of this project, it can attract more new customers in the future and also keep the current customers to support the company products. This can increase the company’s production. We can also identify own weaknesses through online feedback system. This project will involve low risk in meting scope and goals.	Around RM400, 000 total amount of redesign the web site and loss of sales due interrupted services.	3
Wireless Technology Project	Develop more projects, which utilize wireless technology and develop various demanding wireless products for the market.	With the implementation of this project, it can improve operations of the company. With wireless technology, it will be easier for the employees to perform some operations such as checking stocks, recording stocks and others. This will involve high risk in meeting cost and time goals	Around RM12, 000,000 to purchase high-end tools.	4

Conclusion:

The Coding Performance Improvement Project is estimated to be the most potential project because it not only can reduce much cost for the company, but also can improve operations of the company. These two factors are the most important factors in Six Sigma Principles. Rate of defects thus can be reduced drastically after the programs have been recoded. This would boost up the sales revenue and while gaining customer loyalty and satisfaction.

The Online Six Sigma Training Program is ranked number 2 because with this project, all the employees will know what Six Sigma is, and this can improve the employees’ production and efficiency in working but this will require all employees to learn the Six Sigma by themselves. There is no classroom interaction between employees and their mentor. Thus, this may result in poor understanding of concept and theories amongst employees.

The Web Site Redesign Project is the third most potential project because with the new design of the company’s web site, it will provide a new and fresh image of the company, thus attracts more new customers while gaining existing customers’ supports. This will helps to improve the sales of the company. But the disadvantage of it is, we will need some time to redesign the web site, and while the redesigning work is being conducted, the web site would not be able to be accessed by the customers.

The Wireless Technology Project is the least important potential project, as it requires much capital in implementing it. We have to spend vast resources to conduct extensive research and survey. Despite that, it involves high risks in meeting budget and time goals. Additionally, it does not reduce any cost for company only after a product is launched or a new wireless technology is used. With the implementation of new wireless technology in the company, it will only actually help to improve some operations for the company and not all.
